Victoria Verdandi (b. 1985), known professionally as VERDANDI or Vee, is an American digital artist, graphic designer, photographer, painter, and metal sculptor. In 2014, she had the idea that it may be possible to own and trade 1/1 digital art. It took her three years to accomplish this, and in late 2017 she became the first female artist to program and mint ownership of her own "NFT" fine art collection to the Ethereum blockchain. This site is dedicated to her "Genesis Collection" or what she refers to as the Verdandi Artefacts.
This collection was programmed and minted directly by the artist herself using the Verdandi.eth wallet. This acts like a unique artist signature where the artist cryptographically signs every NFT. You can see the artist's signature account @ VERDANDI.ETH
All 12 works in this collection have their own unique Smart Contract based on the ERC-20 token standard. This allows the NFT owner to transfer ownership of the work to any compatible Ethereum wallet.
All 12 works in this collection have their own unique 1/1 NFT (Non-fungible Token). Each token contains the name of the work of art and the artist. In addition, the Token ID (or Symbol) also features the title, a portion of the title, or an abbreviation of it.
ABOUT THIS COLLECTION
